Carefully place the unworn, unwashed items with all original tags and luxury packaging intact inside a secure shipping box.

Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you retain a copy of your tracking number.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our bridal stylists inspect the returned items to ensure they meet our quality standards, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-10 business days.
